Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. As an Authorized Service Center, we supply genuine OEM appliance parts for major brands like Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, Electrolux, GE, and Sharp. All items are stocked and shipped directly from our own warehouse facility. Please review our shipping practices below.
1. Order Processing & In-House Fulfillment
Standard Processing: Because we pull from our own warehouse inventory, all orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Out of Stock/Backorders: If a specific OEM part is on national backorder from the manufacturer and not currently on our warehouse shelves, we will notify you immediately via email with an estimated ETA.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier volume or severe weather.
Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days.
Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days (Available for eligible items; excludes heavy/oversized parts).
3. Local Pickup & Regional Delivery
We offer local fulfillment for customers within our immediate service radius:
Local Pickup: Available at our physical warehouse in Lincoln, NE. We will email you when your part is ready for pickup at the counter.
Regional Delivery: For accounts utilizing our local service routes, our delivery area covers the immediate surrounding region, including the entirety of Otoe County.
4. Oversized, Heavy, and Hazardous Items
Due to the nature of appliance repair, certain items require special shipping and handling:
Oversized/Heavy: Items such as washer tubs, full transmissions, and heavy motors may incur additional freight surcharges at checkout.
Hazardous Materials: Compressors or parts containing refrigerants cannot be shipped via expedited air methods and must be shipped via standard ground transport.
P.O. Boxes: We cannot ship heavy, oversized, or freight items to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical shipping address at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.
6. Damages and Missing Parts
If your part arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and the damaged item.
Inspect all parts immediately upon delivery.
If a part is damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and its packaging. We will expedite a replacement from our shelves and handle the carrier claim on your behalf.
7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize you made an error during checkout, please get in touch with us immediately. Once our warehouse team has handed the package over to the carrier, we are unable to reroute it.
